{"id":160,"date":"2016-06-21T14:58:21","date_gmt":"2016-06-21T14:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jahernotice.com\/blog\/?p=160"},"modified":"2020-03-13T05:06:46","modified_gmt":"2020-03-13T05:06:46","slug":"the-high-incidence-of-fraudulent-transactions-on-land-and-property-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jahernotice.com\/blog\/the-high-incidence-of-fraudulent-transactions-on-land-and-property-today\/","title":{"rendered":"The high incidence of fraudulent transactions on Land and Property today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>All of you will agree, it is becoming increasingly difficult to look after our land and property, especially if it happens to be ancestral property \u2013 an inheritance handed over to us by our parents or grandparents.\u00a0 Higher maintenance, high cost of land and construction costs only add to our troubles.<\/p>\n<p>What is also becoming very rampant is the high incidence of fraudulent transactions that are happening these days \u2013 every day there is some news in the paper about a fraud that has occurred, or a scam that has done away with some land owner\u2019s wealth. Many wake up only to find that their properties have been disposed off without their knowledge!<\/p>\n<p>This can affect land or property owners either in the city or village, and either big or small. Owners who own multiple properties and who stay in different locations are unable to keep a steady check \u2013 this proves to be very costly in the long run. And then there are others who stay abroad, and hand over all the operating rights to their relatives \u2013 this too proves to be quite dangerous sometimes.
