In all likelihood, this locality between the ISKCON Crossroad and Bopal area won&#8217;t look the same anymore as it was a few years ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This phenomenal change has enabled majority of developers launch a host of projects resulting to huge complexes all set to mushroom in and around the area shortly thanks to the BRTS corridor. No longer will you be taken aback by something unseen and there arises no question of referring to a Google map or hunt the locality in case you are lost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, it is a huge relief for even local population who hardly were able to move out of their homes due to fear that they might be robbed, says an elated Vishnu Ahir, a shopkeeper in the area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All one notices now is each road segment completely lit up with things moving fast even though the area remained quiet since the past many years.\u201cThe margin of my profits will increase manifold if customers shop in large numbers,\u201c he adds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand, it is the builder fraternity who seem to be a delighted lot these days. The scale of investment in their respective projects has yielded rich dividends be it providing 3, 4 or 5 BHK flats to the consumer. Earlier, one used to construct tall structures till 15 storeys but after the government granted permission to go up till 21 storeys, the pace of reforms in terms of providing better amenities has also risen, hence, attracting buyers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The floor space index and built up area seem to favour not only the builders but even consumers, describes Nilesh Singh, Business Development Manager, Amaya Properties, which is coming up with a 21-storey tower in the area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand, it is quite interesting to understand the region&#8217;s topography.
