    After activating your account, you will add your land/property details (Village, Survey No., FP and TP No.) under the Property Protection page. We notify you regarding any possible transaction on your land / property that will be incurred on both, either a public domain or at the Government offices instantly through SMS, e-mail, What's App & a personalized phone call. There are two ways in which your land / property will be protected. Please refer Services tab for Basic & Ultimate Protection.

  2. How do I protect more properties / survey numbers without changing my Plan?
    Jahernotice offers a range of plans depending upon your requirement. Within the plans, you will also get an option of 'Add On' wherein you can add more properties / survey numbers for protection.

  3. What if I need to remove the property/Survey number once entered?
    You can easily remove your property/ Survey number as many times as you want by just clicking on delete option and refilling that empty slot with the new property details.

  4. Does Property Protection enable me to protect my property from illegal possession?
    No, we only protect your property from fraudulent public transactions and keep you updated about Government registered documents of your property by informing you proactively about any threats or illegal transactions that could be transpiring on your land / property so that you can take timely corrective measures.

  5. For the 'Area/Village Alert' service, which newspapers / other publications do you track?
    We track all the widely accepted/circulated government sanctioned daily newspapers and other publications across the State for providing analytic report on 'Area/Village Alert'.

  6. How do I add more Areas / Villages without changing my Plan?
    Jahernotice offers a range of plans depending upon your requirement. Within the plans, you will also get an option of 'Add On' wherein you can add more areas / villages for daily notifications.

  7. What if I need to remove the area/village once entered?
    You can easily remove your area/ village as many times as you want by just clicking on delete option and refilling that empty slot with the new area / village.

  8. What is the time frame for data available for Title Search?
    Currently, we offer last two years data for online Title Search. If a subscribed user wants to access title notices older than two years, he/she has to send a request e-mail and we provide the result accordingly.

  9. What is the basis of rates suggested by Jahernotice in Jamin Buy/Sell service?
    Jahernotice generates suggested rates from its analytical tools after due consideration of current market trends, traction in area, type of land, locality, inputs from real estate experts such as brokers / builders and other analytical inputs.

  10. What if I am not comfortable with your suggested rates for Jamin Buy/Sell?
    We understand that rates suggested may be different from your expectations and may differ from the transaction rates you may wish to adopt. For such a scenario, we have also provided you the option of putting your rates instead of our recommended rates before posting your inquiry.

  11. How will I get in touch with the interested buyer/seller for my post?
    Jahernotice will connect you with the interested buyer/seller for your post. You can negotiate with the buyer/seller and close the deal on mutually agreeable terms.

  12. How often do you update the Jantri Rates?
    As and when the Government updates the Jantri Rates, we immediately update our database and provide updated rates to the users.

  13. How accurate and reliable are the newsletters that you offer under the 'Profitable Investment' services?
